The Tucson Cactus and Succulent Society is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to the discovery, research and study of cacti and other succulent plants. We conduct educational activities and offer school and research grants. Our rescue program has saved more than 102,000 native plants from destruction. We conduct monthly meetings featuring expert speakers. We are the largest local Cactus and Succulent Society in the world.
The TCSS website offers resources on books, nurseries, plant identification, membership and more. Learn about our rescue program, sales and our "Field Guide to Cacti and other Succulents of Arizona." There are free links to many of our monthly meeting presentations, plus free downloadable publications and links to information about cacti and succulents including care for plants in Tucson. There is a wealth of knowledge available on our website. We offer Research, Education and Conservation grants. We also respond to individual question about cacti and succulents.
